Return Process

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged products or incorrect items to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions for returning the goods if necessary.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we verify the issue, we will either ship out a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
