How do you handle shipping for fragile sauces and glass jars?
We take great care in packaging our products. Each bottle is wrapped in protective cushioning and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes to ensure your hot sauces and salsas arrive safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship primarily within Australia. Due to strict customs regulations regarding food and agricultural products, international shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote.
How can I tell how hot a specific sauce is?
We use a heat rating scale from 1 to 10+ on our product pages. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a 'medium' rated sauce or checking the ingredient list for the specific pepper types used.
What is your return policy for food items?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have been opened. If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Are your products suitable for vegans or those with gluten allergies?
Many of our sauces and spices are naturally vegan and gluten-free. We provide a full ingredient list on every product page so you can verify dietary requirements before purchasing.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
